The proposals for redevelopment of the parcel of land that might hold an arena in Lebreton Flats were due today, and of the four groups expected to submit a package only two did.   The big surprise:  *both* contain an NHL-calibre arena.  One involves the Senators, and the other involves a group from Washington DC (apparently).

The info from the bids will be presented during open houses in March.  

This could get interesting.
