so..... a few weeks back (ok, like 9 weeks ago, shut up) I hurt my hand. I was opening a jar, and there was a pop in my hand. Hurt like a bastard. Got a little better after a couple of days, so I thought it would just get better.
Well.... it hasn't, not really. Still can't carry anything really, can't open things, gripping anything is painful.
Finally went to see a doctor today. Going for an xray later this week. Might need an MRI. They want to confirm if it's broken first, and then determine how much soft tissue damage I've done. Oops.
Ouch! My wrist does that all the time on stuck jars, it's a soft tissue pop not a bone pop (at least I don't think so) but freaks me out every time.
Thinking happy thoughts for you! Even having your non-dominant hand out of commission makes life temporarily impossible.
