Maybe Karlsson should join Cowan for a game. Gotta be more responsible defensively.
pffft, hasn't anyone told you? He's Erik Karlsson, everything he does is perfect.

Did you hear the interview with Cowen after practice...?? Maybe I'm making a mountain of a mole hill, but I'll paraphrase:
"How did you feel about the comments the GM made yesterday?" JC: "I try not to pay attention to that junk."
"Have you had 1-on-1 talks about your game?" JC: "No, just more of team thing."
About being out of the lineup tonight... JC: "Not too concerned, haven't missed a game yet. I guess they just want a different look... Better be just one game."
...Better just be one game..... W.T.F.?!?!?
You better get your man-bunned head out of your Saskatchewan ace, Jared! Pageau leads the freakin team in hits and he's about a foot shorter than you. God, I wish they shipped his ass to Edmo and not Gryba. At least Gryba knew his game and played it, like Boro.
I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I can't wait for Phillips to be back. At 37, with a busted back, the guy can take on 2 forecheckers in his corner and still chip it out and not set up the other team in the slot.
I am shocked no one has sat Cowen down and explained to him, with video, Jared when you hang out over here, your guy is over here. When you want to pass over here, DON'T just, pass it here.

I'm becoming increasingly convinced that Skynet will become self-aware before Jared Cowen ever does.

I think this goes a long way to explaining why he is not improving.
Just for those comments he should sit an extra couple games. When a player has a sense of entitlement, you'll never get their best.
What's gong to be his next comment? "They better not go 3 on 3 at the All-Star game or else I'll refuse to go"
