For the first dab of the night (maybe more if the bingo *really* sucks), everyone will get bonus dabs using the following formula:

Let's say the first dab of the night is "Sens 1st on PK"...

Homer has that on his card in position G4, so everybody gets to dab G4

Russell doesn't have 1st PK, but he gets to dab G4 anyway.

If senior has 1st PK in position B2, we all get to dab B2.

And so on 

 

I was trying to come up with something that would increase the cigars, and something a little more dramatic than "everybody gets a free dab".

If the bingo really stinks, we can decide in-game if we want to do another round of positional dabs (first dab of each period, last dab of the game, whatever).

And, yes, because this will be practically impossible to check the cards after the fact, we'll have the final bingo standings immediately after the end of the game.
