Should I be concerned it's possible to cook a pizza this fast?
Pizza takes a surprisingly short amount of time to cook in a proper pizza oven
Hit order, grabbed purse and shoes, walked across the street, it was ready.
Even adding in the time to walk back, I don't know anything I could have made at home in the same time. It's also 85 degrees so cooking at home is "ugh" right now.

I almost stepped in it today re: Mathieu Joseph. I was going to make a joke referencing the Movie Trading Places and the character Lionel Joseph, who's supposed to be from the African Educational Conference in Cameroon. I had no idea Mathieu is black. That would not have gone well for me.
