I can't remember the last time that Ottawa just blew away a bottom feeder.
2004, when they had Alfie, Hossa, Havlat, Chara, Redden etc. and they would win fans Pizza

odd since we're changing the clocks forward one hour this weekend.

A slow start, but with worse results than other starts like this. The first goal was a bouncing puck that Methot didn't angle the Sabre off and he got a lucky whack at it in mid-air. The second goal shouldn't have happened either. Some blame in skaters and on goalie on that one.
Both were right in front of us as we could see them both develop.

Maybe I should turn it off, I missed most of the games on their recent streak

They always seem to play down to their opponents level. And they're doing it again tonight.

I mean if it was Boston, Detroit, Pittspuke or even Carolina I wouldn't be po'd but this is the worst frikkin team in the NHL and a front office that WANTS to lose games.

I'm absolutely beat.
Got offered a new job yesterday. Accepted it today, and resigned from my current job. No mental energy left.
Are you gonna be able to leave early enough to make the 5:00 starts?
Not if I was still living here the whole time... but I start there April 6th, so I might be ok for this year, and then my lease is up on this house in May, so I'll just move closer to the new job so I can be.

Hammond didn't fare well against the AHL competition this season, so I fully expect him to crash and burn against the ECHL Sabres.
