just as much blame goes to the NHLPA for defending rats like kadri before protecting classy players like the sedins.

Nothing to see here, move along sheeple
I expected nothing different. This league is such a clown show.
Theres a lot of powerful people in the Laffs head office, now.

Absolutely disgusting, predatory hit. And Khadri is a repeat offender. There is no way that should be let slide without any kind of discipline.
Buttman doesn't want to piss off leafs. As we saw during the last strike, there are a hand full of owners that run this league and he's not going to step on their toes. If khadri played for Sens or some other small market team, there would have been some type of disciplinary action.

Bob McKenzie tweeted:
No hearing or supplementary discipline for Kadri
Someone is going to get paralyzed or worse with the strength and speed of these players

The principle point of contact was not the head!! It's a clean hit and the Sedin's are soft.
Of course this was said by Leafers all over Twitter and much much worse. If a Canuck had hit Matthews in the exact manner and he was laid out on the ice I'm positive all the same Leafers would have said the same things and told Matthews to shake it off and get up.

Habs sit Price and lose 10-0. Any doubt this team is all about goaltending? If I were Price I would walk into the GMs office tomorrow and demand a huge raise.

Boo Hoo. Lafs goal tending sucks. They have someones backup in nets playing behind one of if not the worst defenses in the league. And they're getting shelled. And this is shocking news? They had the first pick in the draft and picked a forward. They could have traded that pick for a real goalie and a couple of defenseman. Can't have your cake and eat it too. You're suppose to lose this year and you are. So quit whining!
And get off my lawn!
