When I saw the play develop I thought, "Oh this is gonna be beat the icing", but then goalie handed the puck in the trapezoid area beside his net to negate the icing.
How is that different from a goalie racing out of his net to beat a player to the puck, which would be a beat the icing play.
Too many variables?
My that-is-the-one-square-i-need-to-bingo card says no, not too many variables.

My dear wife must have felt sorry me. She arrived home with a pint of dairy queen ice cream and fresh strawberrys. And yes I know I just set Russell up. But I don't care because I'm the one eating the ice cream.
yum! Perfect day for some ice cream too
Barely broke 65F, sun never came out. I was *this* close to hot chocolate.
The temperature gauge in the car said it was 34 C. Think that translate to about 97 - 98 F
Is that even normal "height of summer" temps for you guys? That's hot.
yeah, normal in August. Not in the first week of June.
First week of June and my lawn is already turning brown.
the conservation authority for my area put us on a level 1 water advisory today. Water levels are so low that they are asking anyone that uses wells, etc to conserve water. In June.

Ah, the good old days. It wasn't the scoring that was LOL, it the neener-neener afterward.
It’s about the gloating and rubbing their noses in it, the “Nah-nah-na-na-na! We beat you!” taunting, if you will – that comes with the winning. -Dog Announcer, Chicken Little
Thorny. lol

If we're dabbing that, that's a bingo!
Then you better change your stance on the beat the icing lady!

I watched the replay like 3 times, I still don't understand how it just disappears.

Not as funny as this, but I think it still counts.
What did we decide on "beat the icing"?
