Finally he hangs up on me.... and then shows up at my door a minute later. Starts yelling at me that the instructions aren't clear to HIM, that the door says exit, so that means it's the way out of the building.... wow

 I'm guessing he didn't get much of a tip.  was this one of your regular order places?  You're also probably no the only person ordering food, so they should know it by now
