Harder to counterfeit. One of the security features is if you set it on fire and burns blue, it's real. If it burns yellow, it's fake.

Was old Canadian money, like late 1990s, un-tearable? Or am I mixing up Canada and Australia?
One of those citizens dared me to rip up their money when they paid for their tickets at Disneyland. They were delighted that I was amazed. Good times.

Well, the $5 bill is all plastic now because it's laminated, lol, but I think it's the plastic one. Clear strip, issued 2013?
I tried to take a picture, but my phone is set to HEIC...which the forum doesn't like. So I took a screen shot, and it gave me a 5mg PNG.
Also, on the subject of the game.... Habs are getting their asses handed to them again
LOL that was funny (ingame incident)

Sorry Cathy, I just realized that the Toonie for scale probably doesn't mean that much to you.... lol
No worries, I'll just google the diameter...
"28 mm"
Well *THAT* doesn't friggin help!
I thought a little bigger than our quarter, close enough.
our quarter is the same size as yours, so this might help

LOL, that works.
When I was in Victoria, I explained to the waiter than I wanted a bill back as change. So, I'm like, "The smallest is a $5, right? If I give you X (USD), is that enough to get a $5 (CAD) back as change and still give you a decent tip?"
That's my only souvenir from that trip, besides pictures, laminated and used as a bookmark.
oooh, the old paper bills, or the new plastic ones? Are you in need of a new souvenir?

that was kind of a 2-on-0 goal, but not really a classic breakaway.
But there's a definitive 2-on-1 to make it 4-1 Bolts.
So dab both if you got em.
