Calgary must have at least had that much snow and cold though? At least off and on you guys have those chanooks out there..
This much snow almost never happens in Calgary. And because of the chinooks, nothing really stays long. The roads are always terrible though because they haven't figured out how to plow yet.
They are in this cold snap right now too, but a week ago it was 13 degrees there.

I have one of these. Much easier on the back. curved handle at top is important to have as it makes it easier to use.
Makes quick work of clearing snow.
I was thinking about one of those. Problem is that because I'm in a townhouse with no front yard to speak of, and a shared driveway, there is pretty much nowhere to put snow. My snowbank is over 4 feet tall already, and with one of those, I wouldn't have anywhere to dump it.

Both games are pretty dull because the outcome isn't the least bit in doubt.

Structures collapsing under snow, and -32 wind chill and having to plug in your car at night, my God why would your Mom come back for that???
This time of year is the Bell Canada Cup for kids hockey in Ottawa. It's a major hockey tournament.
They had to bring the outdoor games indoors because it was too cold for the ice.
Yup, too frigging cold for ice, which gets brittle and chips easily creating ruts.
You guys are going to be -20 on Sunday and that's in Fahrenheit, celcius got be -100 or so or feel like it
-32 c is same as -26 f.
-40 c is the same as -40 f.
BTW I took my bike to get my skates sharpened today. Had 4 layers and I wasn't cold b/c you generate your own heat.
5-0 Canada

And don’t get me started on the ice!
