Kat, much smarter to move to Kingston than Vancouver
Vancouver is worse than Seattle and SanFrancisco for rentals. Rentals in these 3 cities are expensive as heck too. Amazon has helped all housing costs in the Seattle area and Asian's who don't live in Vancouver have risen all housing in the city there it's very difficult to find anything at all that's cost effective. San Francisco has always been like this.
