Bet it would be good for fajitas, too...
anything that you can use shredded chicken for and it's quick to prep once cooked/frozen. the initial cooking, shredding, separate in portions and freezing takes a bit of time, but only do that every 2-3 weeks. I eat a lot of chicken.
