Laine scored 5 goals last night. Someone actually won that safeway one million dollar thingy.
That really is amazing, I knew u and Kat probably had seen this since u guys watch and have lived in Alberta and I think it's shown on Oiler and Flame games along w Vancouver. I didn't know it was on in Winnipeg but I thought I'd never see it because all I had watched was Canuck games and there sure wasn't a Canuck doing that. Till now w Boeser and Pettersson

@TJ - I was playing ringette at the time. Went into the game with a Jets 2-0 lead. After the game we looked and saw they lost somehow. We have a saying in Winnipeg. Depends who shows up, the Jets or the Jerrrttzzz
For anyone curious... Alex Chiasson just scored his second goal of the night for the Oilers
I saw that, so the trade is finally working out
Well... we trade him to the Flames. Who chose not to sign him this year. He attended Oilers camp on a PTO, got a contract... I think tonight is his second or third game of the season.
Shortly after scoring that second goal, he took a puck in the side of the head and hasn't come back....

Keep in mind of course that the Oilers just hired Ken Hitch**** as their head coach.... so their defensive game is undergoing a major overhaul
Stanley Cup champion, Alex Chiasson has *checks notes* 10 goals in 16 games
What is this defensively responsible you speak of?
So he was shocked teams still play defensively responsable
