 christmass Eve, I threw my back out coughing. Crippling pain. One month later as I was getting back to normal, it went out again as I slept. Yes, getting old sucks.

 I recall an injury caused by breathing and pulling a sweatshirt on at the same time. I may have shared that with the class at the time.

I can't tell if it's *all* old age or if the cold is exacerbating things. I would kinda feel better if some of it was the cold.
