Just Kypreos spewing his usual garbage. I think my favourite was that the reason it's a mistake to put Andy in tonight is that the rest of the team is going to resent it on Hammond's behalf, and it will make it harder for him to win tonight.
Kypreos probably said on Toronto radio the other day that if Ottawa loses game 2 he'd go with Anderson in game 3 too, of course I could be wrong

Oh, and that Karlsson needs to be worrying more about being as good as PK has been so far.

I'm first guessing and I agree 100% w Kardinal, the only reason they are here is the confidence and swagger that Hammond brought to this team. I was dead set against Andy replacing him during the regular season too because of the same reasons Kardinal articulated. The Sens won 1 game w Andy in net and he gave up 4 in the 3rd period in that one to a truly horrible Oiler team I believe. Every other game he started since, the Sens were out of those games early. I gotta think this is an overreaction by Cameron and I don't think they can win w Andy in net because he's shown nothing since early this season.
Hope I'm wrong but I wasn't during regular season and don't see him coming in completely cold and shutting down a really good team that's now on a roll....

I don't mind Anderson being in. The pressure Hammond is under, it might give him a bit of a mental break, especially because they'll be under added pressure being at home.
Also, Chiasson needs his hands to catch up to his feet. There's been so many times this season where he's made a break for it and just can't convert.
Glad to see Neil in too, he has tons of good experience to share with the younger players.
Whatever they're giving Stone before games they should give it to a few other players too.

Meh, I'm ok with it. Hammond hasn't been horrid (although he was pretty shaky in game 1 especially), but he hasn't been great, and he is not looking like a goalie that can go toe-to-toe with Price for the duration of a series.
So, give Andy a chance to see what he can do.

As mentioned on the most recent podcast, I'm happy to see Neil in.
I'm NOT happy about Anderson. Hammond got us to where we are and deserves the chance to play in front of the home crowd in the playoffs. Win or lose. It's not that I'm down on Anderson -- not at all. It's simply that I think Hammond, who has TWO REGULATION LOSSES, deserves to play tonight. Was his play perfect? No, but he's not in the top reasons I'd put blame on for why we lost the first two games of the series, so changing goalies doesn't sit well with me.
For the record: I expect a win tonight, and when that happens you know that Hammond will be on the bench permanently. After all he's done for this team, that ain't right. If it's going for the best opportunity to win, then Stone should be sat out for Shane Prince for exactly the same reasons.

I remember using that bit on the podcast and someone emailed in to tell me that it wasn't the Germans who bombed pearl harbour.
Looks like Andy is in
