I would have taken Zadina over Tkachuck since I saw many many games from both of these guys
Tkachuck should be a solid...................third liner. Although he may have to play on the first line next year the way things are going.
He’s been compared to getslaf. Not bad. And no third liner.
I like your optimism myself

Just go total gong show now boys.
Welp, that's another way of looking at it. I hope like heck Dorian got this right but we get to compare for years Zadina vs Tkachuck in the division.
You lose your top goal scorer so it only makes sense to pick a grinder. I guess. In some universe.

All the experts say he’s more than a grinder.

My First guesses:
Sens take Zadina and we are all happy about it as he makes the top 6 on the Ottawa squad as the season moves along. EK65 is not traded and agrees to stay with the club. Stone resigns with the club.
That's not unreasonable expectations 4:48 PT on the Friday of NHL draft

I call that prediction and raise you
3-2 Sens, Duchene with the winner
Lmao.
You made it, thoughts on Tkachuck over Zadina?

Oh boy, now the Senators get to face Zadina a lot in the coming years...... We'll get to compare the 2 forever and ever too.

So this means if Ottawa had #3 it was Tkachuck all the way

They just really missed Lazar?
Oh hell, that was a bad pick. This better work out and all we can really do is hope Button, McGuire and McKenzie are right and his scoring picks up with professionals and he's better than his brother.
I don't know if I like Tkachuk.... his dad was kind of an asshat in Winnipeg Jets 1.0 and the kids look kind of the same. Who knows though... I'm not a GM I guess. Was sure Zadina would go top three and didn't so who knows what they all think they know.

He's as good as his brother or better, he'll be a good player but I'm NOT CONFIDENT of that at all, plus my nephew who is a Blackhawk fan was extremely unhappy they didn't get Tkachuck and he thinks it was a great pick for Ottawa. So there's that going for us.

I was hoping Vancouver would take Hughes and match him up with his brother next year and they duplicate a Sedin like experience

Hmmmm.... What's the over/under on tj's prediction?
I wonder where Karlsson ends up and which team gives Stone an onerous offer sheet that the Sens won't match?
