I am told the reason O'Connor got the start was because Mtl. and Sens agreed to start their backups.

Although I didn't get to see the game, have to say I am surprised they started O'Connor last night. His first NHL game and they start him against the habs? Wrong decision I think.

Not the best effort by the sens tonight. Not enough players going.

At least I got to listen to the radio broadcast shred the refs over Gallagher's acts in the crease.
That's what drives me nuts. Everyone, and I mean everyone, knows he does it......except apparently the ones who should be watching most closely for it. This is what starts tin foil hat conspiracies.

even when peel actually sees a penalty, he gets the wrong guy.

Sens look like they are suffering from tryptophan overload tonight. a step behind most of the game.

Sounds like I picked a good night to leave for the road early rather than staying home to watch this one.

okay, I need to step out for a while (they call me "The Working Man").
I guess I'll catch the rest of the game on the radio.
Enjoy the rest of the game.

First goal was a lucky shot; second goal should never have happened and EK didn't get back to defend fast enough. Tough on O'Connor to have his first game like this.
The forwards have generated several chances but not consistant enough. At least Lazar is back with JGP.

Cool. I assume the first thing you teach them is " leafs suck".
I have been known to pass along those words of ancient wisdom!
