so this is an interesting twist. apparently, Dorion goes in to dressing room after last game to read the riot act, and the players give it right back to him? never heard of that before. Certainly plays into the "toxic" scenario.

Once you've lost the room I'm pretty sure you're done. You can't fire all the players so....
Normally, when an org falls apart like this, the owner will clean house. but what do you do when the biggest problem is the owner? Change all the coaches and gms you want, the root problem will still be there.
