Hoffman had the puck and could have exited with it easy but those blind drop passes get you extra fancy pants points so he had to do it

Hoffman needs a talking to. First he gets in Pyatt's way on the previous breakout, starting Pitts zone time and his third turnover in the defensive zone finally results in a goal.

Puck wasn't played by a player off the bench, so I think that's why it wasn't called.
