I just watched someone on Twitter insinuate that JGP and Hoffman have similar upsides if JGP gets more time (as Hoffman took a long time to develop) and that there isn't much difference in size between a realistic 6' and a very-optimistic 5'9" (he's more like 5'7").

It must be a short man who thinks that.

Waive greening, sit Legwand. Burn Legwand. Put Legwand on an air Indonesia airplane, whatever. Maybe have Liam neeson have Legwand Taken.

I just don't see how JGP fits in the lineup when they decide to put Lazar back in. If you keep him... who goes? And when Neil is back? And Zmith?

I don't see the point of keeping JGP in Ottawa unless Lazar is being sent back to the Oil Kings.   He's had a single game of good faceoff numbers, but overall he's at 49% and has a single assist in 9 games.

In the words of a very old Caramilk commercial:

NOT ENOUGH.

But he's getting better every game and making things happen.

I hope Pan and Canuck went all the way to Colorado just to watch this mess.

Was hoping for Lehner pull a McLennan on that mess.

I think Lehner took "trying to do it all myself" a bit far on that play.

New strategy for diffusing Ottawa's momentum: take a penalty to put them on the powerplay.

Anderson is getting frustrated -- he threw his arms in the air after that 3rd goal.   Sloppy play by the skaters in our own zone.

They don't bear down in their own zone. Way too lackadaisical.

 Good push back there, though.
