Cooked much bacon over the weekend, and then used the pan and fat to cook a whole load of veggies for the week. Added veggies and bacon to butter chicken. It worked again! Also, had a snack bag of bacon at work, and when a co-worker proclaimed they had the best snack because their wife packed a chocolate bar for them, produced my snack and was told "okay, I can't beat that".

Aha! The bacon waffle. I had some bacon left over from breakfast (I don't usually eat an entire package at a sitting) so I was eating it as a snack at work by putting it on top of a dark-chocolate-topped butter cookies. It was pretty good.
